results file. Input file
must have six columns, whitespace delimited:

id2 (member 2)
Kinship Coefficient
IBD2 (ratio of IBD2/All SNPS)
Segment count
Kinship Degree
read_ibis(file)
Input file path
A tibble containing the 6 columns from the ibis file.
